How we utilise feedback

At Harmonic Harbour, feedback is used as a tool for improvement, not punishment. Anonymous client reviews help us understand how our freelancers are experienced in real working situations and allow us to maintain high standards across our projects.

Individual reviews are never treated in isolation. We look at patterns over time, consider context, and use feedback constructively — whether that means supporting improvement, adjusting how we match freelancers to projects, or refining our internal processes. Our goal is always to create positive outcomes for both clients and freelancers.

​Feedback helps us ensure the right freelancers are matched to the right work. While we take all feedback seriously, decisions are never made based on a single review. We use client feedback as one of several inputs when reviewing quality, expectations, and long-term fit.
