Harmonic Harbour does not normally receive or process information about the terms, payments or outcome of independent Client-Freelancer engagements unless a person voluntarily contacts us about a review, complaint or other platform-related matter.

Website visitors may use publicly displayed contact details or external links to contact Freelancers independently.
Harmonic Harbour does not normally receive the content of those communications unless they are sent through a Harmonic Harbour-controlled form or voluntarily forwarded to us.
Where Clients and Freelancers communicate independently, each party is responsible for how they use personal data exchanged directly with one another.
10. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
Harmonic Harbour may collect reviews or feedback relating to Freelancers or the platform.

Information that you choose to publish on your Freelancer profile may be publicly accessible through the Harmonic Harbour website. Account information that is not intended for publication, such as your login credentials or private account information, is not displayed publicly.
Members should only submit information through their profile that they are entitled to provide and are comfortable making publicly available where the relevant profile field is public.
